1. Who can register for this conference?

Anyone studying in Class 9 or above can register for this conference. It’s a Catholic youth program designed to help young people grow in faith and friendship with Jesus.

2. Can non-Christians attend the program?

Yes, absolutely! The program is open to everyone, including non-Christians. If you’re curious about Jesus or want to learn more about the Catholic faith, this is a great place to start.

Please note: a consent form will be required for participation.

3. How do I register?

For the teens and youth stream, simply click here to register online. If you are under 18 years, you’ll also need to download the parent consent form, get it signed by your parents, and bring it along to the venue.

4. Can I register on the spot on 18th October?

Yes, spot registration will be available. However, we’d really appreciate it if you register in advance—that helps us plan your food and accommodation better.

5. How much does registration cost?

Students: ₹1000
Working professionals: ₹1500

6. Do I need to stay at the venue, or can I come and go?

This is a residential program, so all participants and volunteers are required to stay at the venue from 18th to 21st October for security and community reasons.

7. Can I join the program late or leave in between?

No, participants need to stay for the entire duration. Participants need to report at the venue at 2pm on 18th October, and can leave at 4pm on 21st October. Joining late or leaving midway is not allowed, as it disrupts the sessions and group experience. We encourage you to be fully present and soak in everything the conference offers!

8. Where will I be accommodated?

Accommodation will be separate for boys and girls:

Boys: St. Joseph’s School
Girls: St. Mary’s School

Both these schools are near the venue.

9. Do we need to pay for food?

No, all meals are included in the registration fee. We'll also be serving non-vegetarian meals, so if you prefer vegetarian only, please do mention during registration.

10. When should we reach the venue?

Please reach the venue by 2:00 PM on 18th October 2025.

11. What should I bring for the conference?

Bible
Prescribed Medicines (do inform the volunteers if any special requirements are there)
Clothes (comfortable and modest)
Consent Form (for participants below 18 years or non-Catholics)
Toiletries (brush, paste, soap, towel, sanitary napkins, etc)
Bedsheets - 2
Mobile phone and charger
Water bottle
Jackets or shawls to keep warm

We suggest you avoid bringing expensive gadgets or valuables.

12. Can parents attend the programme?

This conference is exclusively for youth participants (Class 9 and above), and young families (upto 7 years of marriage). However, parents who’d like to help can contact the organizers for intercession and volunteering opportunities.

Please reach these pick-up points at 12:30pm on 18th October. The buses will leave at 1pm.

14. Is transport provided from the venue after the program?

Yes, buses will drop participants at the nearest metro station - Shaheed Sthal Metro.

15. Will medical help be available at the venue?

Yes, a first-aid and medical support team will be available throughout the conference. If you have any specific medical needs, please inform us in advance.
