This is a residential program, so all participants and volunteers are required to stay at the venue from 18th to 21st October for security and community reasons.
No, participants need to stay for the entire duration. Participants need to report at the venue at 2pm on 18th October, and can leave at 4pm on 21st October. Joining late or leaving midway is not allowed, as it disrupts the sessions and group experience. We encourage you to be fully present and soak in everything the conference offers!
Accommodation will be separate for boys and girls:
- Boys: St. Joseph’s School
- Girls: St. Mary’s School
Both these schools are near the venue.
No, all meals are included in the registration fee. We'll also be serving non-vegetarian meals, so if you prefer vegetarian only, please do mention during registration.

This conference is exclusively for youth participants (Class 9 and above), and young families (upto 7 years of marriage). However, parents who’d like to help can contact the organizers for intercession and volunteering opportunities.
